Site Lead

We are looking for a Full Time Site Lead for our residential remodeling jobs. We are a residential construction company focusing on kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADU's, basements, decks, and outdoor living spaces. You will work closely with our Project Management team to oversee your own job sites and be responsible for bringing your sites from start to finish.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Splitting time between working autonomously and with 1-3 field employees
• All phases of construction from planning to demo to rough-in to finish
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Executing daily task lists
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Ensuring your job site is clean and orderly before leaving for the day
• Ordering materials
• Maintaining vendor relationships
• Updating changes in the schedule for projects

Ideal job skills include some or all of the following:
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in construction
• Site Planning: Reading plans, site prep, excavation, permitting, communication with city/county jurisdictions, etc.
• Site Management: Safety, cleanliness, employees, subcontractors, communication with clients and co-workers, etc.
• Carpentry: Rough through finish skills are a must
• Flooring: Hardwood, LVP, laminate, carpet, etc.
• Drywall: Hanging, taping, mudding, texturing, repairs, etc.
• Painting: Interior, exterior, trim, etc.


Ideal personal skills include:
• General Disposition: A positive attitude and willingness to encourage and coach co-workers.
• Critical Thinking: Solutions oriented with the ability to problem solve.
• Communication: Articulate, outspoken, and timely with clear and concise communication.
• Proactive: Takes initiative through anticipating, identifying, and preventing problems or challenges.
• Team Oriented: Represent our company with a positive attitude and willingness to encourage and coach our team members to improve together as one unit continuously.
• Safety: Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards.

Compensation:
$30 - $35 per hour (Pay based on experience)

Company Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Finish Carpenter

We are looking for a Full Time Finish Carpenter for our residential remodeling jobs. We do all things residential, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADU's, basements, decks and flooring. After learning the ropes and understanding our processes and finishes, you will manage and work on your own job sites and be responsible for bringing your job sites from start to finish.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • All phases of construction from planning to demo to rough in to finish

  • Splitting time between working autonomously and overseeing 1-2 employees

  • Reading and interpreting plans

  • Executing daily task lists

  • Maintaining a safe working environment

  • Ensuring your job site is clean and orderly before leaving for the day

Ideal job skills include some or all of the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in construction

  • Carpentry: Rough through finish skills are a must
